Baby Meatball Batter with Vegetables and Sourdough

 

Bring your baby's taste buds together with meatballs! Our new meatball mixture offers a healthy start with its natural and nutritious ingredients.

Ingredients: Sourdough whole wheat bread, semolina, onion, wheat germ, carrot, leek, broccoli, mint, thyme, cumin, sweet red pepper, black pepper.

Cooking Suggestions: Knead 1 kg minced meat by adding 2 eggs, all of the meatball mixture and half a glass of water. To get small and flat meatballs, shape the walnut-sized pieces of minced meat into balls with your hands and flatten them slightly. Cook in a steel pot with a small amount of water over low heat with the lid closed.

 When the cooking process is done, add 1 spoon of butter to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes to flavor the meatballs. You can separate and cook as much as your baby will eat and put the rest in the freezer by dividing it into portions.
