Aşçı Anne is committed to creating healthy, baby-friendly pasta using premium ingredients. Goat milk is rich in vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids, while its unique protein structure makes it easier to digest than cow’s milk. Combined with capia pepper, which is naturally high in antioxidants and vitamin C, this pasta supports healthy growth and development.
Key Features:
- Made with goat milk (7.6%) for improved digestion and nutrition
- Enriched with capia pepper (28.7%), a natural source of antioxidants and vitamin C
- No cow’s milk or artificial additives – safe for sensitive babies
- Soft and easy to cook – ideal for babies transitioning to solid foods
- Supports healthy growth with essential vitamins and minerals
Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina, goat milk (7.6%), capia pepper (28.7%)
Allergen Information:
Contains gluten (wheat). Does not contain cow’s milk or related products.
Cooking Suggestion:
Add 50g of pasta to a pot with enough boiling water to cover it. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and cook over low heat, allowing the pasta to absorb the water. Add extra boiling water if needed. Avoid overcooking, as it cooks faster than regular pasta. Serve with yogurt, sauce, or as preferred based on your baby’s dietary stage.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Cooking with the extraction method helps retain essential vitamins. Straining is not recommended as it may cause vitamin loss.
Shelf Life: 1 year from the date of manufacture.
