CAROB CAKE MIX (8+ months)
Ingredients: Carob flour, whole wheat flour, wheat flour, whole oat flour, whole rice flour, wheat germ, baking soda, pure vanilla.
Contains gluten.
We have prepared the most delicious and healthiest content possible according to the taste of our little gourmets.
Preparation: Add 2 egg yolks, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of apple juice concentrate, 5 tablespoons of homemade yoghurt (watery consistency) and 5 tablespoons of water and whisk. Add approximately 10 tablespoons (half of 100 g/pack) of cake mix and whisk.
You can use a small cake mold or muffin cups for baking (this size will fill approximately 3 muffin tins). Bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
