Ingredients:
Durum wheat semolina, goat’s milk (12.8%), celery juice (13.9%) (100% celery).
Allergen Information:
Contains gluten (wheat).
Suggested Use:
To prepare, place 50g of pasta (about 1 handful) in a small pot. Add boiling water, covering the pasta by 1-2 fingers. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and cook over low heat, allowing the water to absorb gradually instead of draining. Add more boiling water if needed. Take care not to overcook, as it cooks faster than regular pasta. Serve plain or with sauce, yogurt, or other preferred toppings.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, cool place away from sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
