Sprinkle a generous amount of finely chopped pistachios over the phyllo. Roll the phyllo sheets tightly and cut them into small bite-sized pieces. Baklavas are baked in special stone ovens in oak wood fire until they turn golden and finally they are flavoured with hot sherbet to reach that famous and magnificent taste.
