- Our rattan and bamboo products are collected naturally in their natural environment and are produced by hand workmanship without any processing for the sake of perfect appearance or without using any mould to obtain a fixed size.
- Due to the natural state of the plants, colour differences, colour transitions, stains and various differences in the body of the plant are reflected in the product.
- Again, there may inevitably be very small plus/minus differences in the dimensioning of handmade products.
- Since each one is produced by hand, it is unique and different.
- Since it is special production and handcrafted, there is no exchange and return.
