The most important difference between raw cocoa and the cocoa powders on the market is that the cocoa beans are ground without roasting and thus have a high nutritional value and original taste.

It contains no added sugar or sweeteners.

What is the Difference Between Cacao Powder and Raw Cacao?

Raw cacao is the direct grinding of these fermented cacao beans.
Cocoa powder, on the other hand, is cocoa residue that has undergone many processes.
