About
Sourdough Baby Bread Mix (8+Ay) - 300 G
Flour Blend Ingredients: Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, siyez flour, oat flour, wheat germ.
External packaging Ingredients: Sourdough.
Allergen warning: Contains gluten.
Store in a cool and damp place.
Preparation: Mix the flour mixture with the sourdough in the package. (You can add salt at this stage for over 1 year olds or adults.) Knead the dough with 200 ml of water, cover the dough with a clean and damp cloth and leave it to ferment for 40 minutes. When the fermentation process is over, shape the bread into small loaves on a tray lined with baking paper, draw a knife in the center for easy baking and bake at 180°C. After removing the breads from the oven, you can cover them with a damp cloth to get softer breads. You can store the breads in an airtight refrigerator bag at room temperature for 2-3 days.
Note: If you anticipate that your baby will not be able to consume the entire bread mixture within 3 days, you can mix half of the flour mixture and half of the sourdough with 100 ml of water and cook it in 2 batches. You can store the yeast in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 15 days for later use.
The expiration date is 6 months from the date of packaging.
