Usage Suggestion:

Child Portion: It can be consumed by adding 1 tea glass of cold or warm milk to 4 tablespoons of cereal. Fresh fruit pieces can be added if desired.

Adult serving: 7 tablespoons of cereal can be consumed by adding 1 glass of cold or warm milk.

Children allergic to milk and those on a vegan diet can consume almond milk instead of milk.

Shelf life is 1 year without opening the package. Once opened, store it by closing the package airtight or transferring it to an airtight container and consume it within 2 weeks.
