So, what is this Einkorn Wheat? EinkornWheat is the ancestor of today's wheat. It has a 10,000-year history. The fact that its genetics have never been changed in these 10,000 years makes this wheat variety valuable. Its gluten rate (wheat protein) is lower than normal wheat.

It contains twice as much vitamin A as normal wheat, has a higher folic acid content than normal wheat, and is easier to digest than normal wheat flour. Einkorn wheat is, most importantly, a local seed.

Store in a dry and cool environment.

Suitable for babies 6 months and older without gluten (wheat protein) allergy.
